Steam Deck Games

When we are talking about Steam Deck the first question that comes to mind is what games I will be able to play on it. Is it worth my money or will it be another console with specially made games none of which I like? The good news is that Steam Deck is just a small computer. Unfortunately, not every game will be playable on it. Valve is testing the entire steam library to make sure that users will have the best experience possible. The games are divided into four categories: verified, playable, unsupported and unknown.
         – Verified – The game works great on Steam Deck right out of the box.
         – Playable – The game may require some manual tweaking by the user to play (requiring user to manually select a community controller config, needing to use the touchscreen to navigate a launcher, etc.).
         – Unsuported – The game is currently not functional on Steam Deck.
         – Unknown – We haven’t checked this game for compatibility yet.

Every game that is classified as Verified in the Steam Library checks those 4 blocks:
          – Input – The title has full controller support, uses appropriate controller input icons, and automatically brings up the on-screen keyboard when needed.
          – Display – The game supports the default resolution of Steam Deck (1280×800 or 1280×720), has good default settings, and text is legible.
          – Seamless – The title isn’t displaing any compatibility warnings, and if there’s a launcher it is navigable with a controller.
          – System Support – If it is running through Proton, the game and all its middleware are supported by Proton. This includes anti-cheat support.
Steam Deck compatibility details will be visible for every title that has been reviewed, given the information needed for your purchase decisions.
