OBS or Open Broadcaster Software is a free, open-source, cross-platform screencasting and streaming app. It is available for Windows, macOS, Linux distributions and BSD. You can stream videos to any RTMP-supported destination, including YouTube, Twitch, Instagram and Facebook. For video encoding, OBS Studio can use the x264 transcoder, Intel Quick Sync Video, Nvidia NVENC and the AMD Video Coding Engine to encode video streams into the H.264/MPEG-4 AVC or H.265/HEVC formats. You can encode multiple tracks of audio in the AAC format.
OBS is considered the most free to use live streaming software with tons of features thanks to plugin support, but there is a big dark secret  you will wish you never knew and by that I mean OBS famous Black Screen. This problem appears out of nowhere and can be fixed the same way. Fixes that work one day are useless the next time you use it. Problems that nobody, even the developers, have no idea what is causing it and how to fix it permanently, but until they do find a fix I’m going to show you how I fixed it for myself .. most of the time.
When you launch the software you need to create a new scene by right clicking on the free space inside the Scenes section and selecting Add Scene . Another window will open, write a name for the new scene and click OK .

If you try to start recording/ streaming you will be getting a black screen oh tho you did everything right. The next thing you need to do now is to go to Settings… ,  -> Video. Inside the video tab you will have the option to select a Video Adapter (by default your Integrated Graphics Card should be selected). All you need to do now is select your Other Graphics Card and click Applay-> Ok.
